NECK PAIN – can be due to stiffness, tension, tight muscles and postural problems. We will thoroughly investigate and identify the cause, and treat all facets in a very hands on way.
BACK PAIN – can be caused by muscle weakness or spasm, joint or disc problems or nerve mechanical dysfunction. We address all of these components to ensure maximal healing and return to full back strength and function.
HEADACHES – stress, tension, joint or muscular headaches
ARTHRITIS – treatment for pain relief and improved movement, as well as personalised exercise programs to prevent further deterioration where possible and improve muscle strength and joint function

EXERCISE PRESCRIPTION – for weight loss programs, strength training, arthritis and osteoporosis prevention
POST SURGICAL REHABILITATION – after operations such as a total knee replacement or hip replacement, our physios will ensure optimal return of function, return of full range of movement and muscle strength.
ACCUPUNCTURE – Dry needling is a form of treatment some of our physiotherapists use to assist in the treatment of muscle pain and myofascial dysfunction. It assists in the release of tension in overactive muscles by targeting trigger points (irritable, “tight” and painful points in muscles).
PRODUCTS – an extensive range of braces for arthritis, orthopaedic and sporting injuries, sports tape, rehabilitation equipment and ergonomic aids. If we don't have it, we may be able to order it for you.
