Our classes aim to improve your overall agility, flexibility and strength to ensure your body is working at its optimal level. Group exercise is a fantastic way to stay committed to your exercise or rehab with other like-minded people to provide motivation. All of our group classes are instructed by our physiotherapists.
Core, Strength & Flexibility Class
Improve your overall agility, flexibility and strength with our small class sizes. Classes are held at various times to help suit all lifestyles and are instructed by our physiotherapists Amanda, George and Olivia. On the spot health fund claiming is available for eligible health funds. Bookings are essential, please call us on (07) 3216 5505 to arrange your one-on-one session prior to commencing.

What to wear: Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
What to bring: Water bottle and towel (pilates mats provided).
Better Hips and Knees Class
This is a circuit type class utilising weights, resistance bands and body weight to challenge your strength and balance systems. It is run by our experienced physio Amanda, who is able to individualise and adapt exercises where appropriate to meet a variety of needs. This class is tailored to improving strength, balance and mobility specifically of the lower limbs. It is ideal for those with arthritis or other chronic conditions, those wanting to decrease their risk of falling and those who have had surgery or injuries and has experienced a decrease in their mobility.

What to wear: Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Also please wear closed in footwear as this is a gym style class.
What to bring: Water bottle and towel (weights and equipment will be provided).
Chair Pilates
This is a class designed to gently improve strength, mobility, and balance using a chair for support, making it accessible for those unable to get down to the floor. On the spot health fund claiming is available for eligible health funds. Please call us on (07) 3216 5505 to book a spot in our chair pilates class.
