This class aims to improve your overall agility, flexibility and strength to ensure your body is working at its optimal level. Group exercise is a fantastic way to stay committed to your exercise or rehab with other like-minded people to provide motivation. All of our group classes are instructed by our physiotherapists.
Core, strength & flexibility class
Improve your overall agility, flexibility and strength with our small class sizes. Classes are held at various times to help suit all lifestyles and are instructed by our physiotherapists Amanda, George and Mitch. On the spot health fund claiming is available for eligible health funds. Bookings are essential, please call us on (07) 3216 5505 to arrange your one-on-one session prior to commencing.

What to wear: Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
What to bring: Towel, water bottle (pilates mats provided).
Lower limb strength and balance class
This is a circuit type class utilising weights, resistance bands and body weight to challenge your strength and balance systems. It is run by our experienced physio Amanda, who is able to individualise and adapt exercises where appropriate to meet a variety of needs.This class is tailored to improving strength, balance and mobility specifically of the lower limbs. It is ideal for those with arthritis or other chronic conditions, those wanting to decrease their risk of falling and those who have had surgery or injuries and has experienced a decrease in their mobility.

What to wear: Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Also please wear closed in footwear as this is a gym style class.
What to bring: drink bottle and towel (all weights and equipment will be provided).
